3 phase approach

We structure our program into three phases, giving students and families the flexibility to move at their own pace. While there’s no set time limit for each phase, breaking the application process into sections makes it much more manageable.

Developing a strategy & story

  • Building a strategy based on academic stats and background

  • Crafting a comprehensive college list

  • Creating a college resume and preparing application sections

  • Highlighting unique “selling points”

  • Identifying key characteristics to convey in applications

Writing essays

  • Reviewing all required writing prompts and creating completion strategy

  • Brainstorming, drafting, editing, and finalizing all essays

  • Preliminary essay review by a secondary counselor

For 12th Graders

Start at the end of 11th grade (May/June), or later if needed — we’ll adapt to your schedule.

Our goal is to have applications completed by August, but timelines may vary.
